My female is scheduled to be spayed but went into heat… He’s driving me nuts.
All dogs even after neutering still have the primal instinct to hump. All you can do is keep saying no in an authoritative voice and hope that he will stop somewhat. Or try a spray bottle on stream and squirt him in the nose.
I have 2 dogs one male and one female and they still try and both are fixed.

Once she is spayed, it will likely stop. In the meantime, keep them apart for your sanity and hers. If he continues after she is spayed, then training is needed. Supplements won’t help.
