You do not give her any supplements. It can have adverse effects on the puppies. Just keep a constant supply of food down at all times. Puppy chow is crappy food but if that is what you got then so be it.
You do not want to give her anything that could cause her to get diarrhea.

As the other poster already mentioned please do not breed unless these are show dogs. With the UKC and/or ADBA. The breed is not in high deman and there certainly is no shortage of them. Thousands are dying in shelters everyday.

There are programs out there for low cost spays and there are programs that will spay/neuter Pit Bulls for free.
References :
rescuer, trainer, owner of 4 Pit Bulls.

A dog vitamin from the vet wouldn't hurt. You can also give her cottage cheese, yogurt, meat and eggs as supplements to her puppy food, but they should not make up more than 15% of her diet. And please,if the dog is not a show dog, consider getting her spayed - there are literally millions of pit bulls in shelters, waiting to die.
